New user – cannot broadcast, access tasks or timeline

I feel like it has something to do with setup. When I try to set up a broadcast on a report and click on the search bar to add users I get the following error message:
Oh no! An error occurred loading your details from the database. Please try again later.
I submitted a ticket last Friday - but still no resolution.

Can you please provide me with your ticket number so that our team can follow up on that and make sure you are getting the support you need?
