For Dash reference material, the Yellowfin wiki is the best place to go. Here you will find examples/instructions on how to set up DashXML dashboards as well as creating filters and widgets.

Unfortunately, I can't pass over the customization files that were used in the examples you mentioned. The thing about DashXML is, it definitely requires some developmental know how. So we don't recommend it as a solution for customers that don't have a web development team etc.

Hi,

Neither of these links really show how you generated the ring/gauge charts. Are you able to provide any information how this was done.

Also regarding including external widgets, like the D3 chart used, how do you pass the data across. Is this done via the CDATA tag? If so can you provide details on how to send data from a YellowFin report to such a graphing toolkit.
